Recently I heard news that when this boy (name: Yesung) from Super Junior was on MC Mong’s radio show he apperently shared how he rarely gets close-ups during performances or gets asked for his signature. Instead, he spends most of his time at home alone while the other members are busy doing various things, variety shows, drama’s, CF’s and so on and on. Horrible part is that it’s true. Right from the start when Super Junior debuted with it’s 12 members he instantly got pushed in to the shadows. He himself has said it took three weeks after their debut before he got a close-up shot on TV. His mother called him up and said” Now I can finally say my son is in Super Junior”
Maybe it’s not so hard to understand in a group of 12 (now 13 and maybe soon to be 14), a lot of members, hard to get them all on screen, but the sad part is that Yesung is clearly one of the top three singers in the group. If not the best. Specially when they first debuted and Kyuhyun was not in the group yet. It makes me quite mad to see this happen. Specially since he has it all going for him. Good looks, great voice and a kind and funny personality. He is the one that builds almost all of their song’s up. I don’t know what their songs would be without him.. kyuhyun is an extreamly amzing singer, yes, but I don’t think he could handle Yesung’s parts.
Their is absolutely no reson at all why this should happen. It really makes me mad!! At least now they take it up and hopefully this will change! sorry for my rambling but this really makes me mad..

i totally agree with this.. he is, if not, my favorite in the group.. i completely agree with his vocals and how kyuhyun has an amazing voice but wouldnt be able to sing yesung’s parts.. he is an amazingly talented singer and should be recognized more.. i think he is getting more recognition than before now.. and i also heard rumors about how he was so depressed that he didnt have as much fans as the other members that he took drugs to get away from the depression which i dont know if its true or not.. but if so.. he should know that he has tons and tons of international fans.. and we love him lots!!!! 😀 so yesung oppa… fighting!! ^^
OMG!!!!! i agree!!!! but i have to say that when they frist came out he was the first to catch my attention. why and how? because when they were singing i heard his voice mostly over all!!! his unque and wonderful voice was heard most and from then on i fell in love with his voice, never knew the the bonus looks would make me gasp for air!!! lol!!! i love him lots!
I first saw Yesung on the EHB show and he had such a bright personality. That was my first time actually getting to know him and even if you do some research, there’s not that much stuff about him and you can’t see him as much as the other members. In my opinion, he has the most outstanding voice among the Suju members and he should get more credit for it… I just don’t get why their company only promotes some of them and do not make an effort to make all of them equally popular. As fans, we should show him more support and love. Yesung you are so loved in Latin America, so fighting!!!!!!
I don’t think you could’ve said it any better. Yesung is my favorite of the group and his not getting enough tv time and/or wanting to be shown more is one of the main reasons why I love him even more. I hope they show him more on tv and give him more of those R&B songs, ’cause that’s when he shines the most.

I mean, he’s awesome! Looks, voice, personality.. his intense gaze and charisma just makes me melt XDD~ he’s so hot, but why must he get so little attention compared to the other members of suju??! =( suju is my favorite band..i love all the members soo much, and it’d seriously be really hard to choose a favorite because i love all of them equally…i love super junior for all its 13 members, no more/less. yesung really deserves more than what he’s getting right now, and i rly hope from now on, he’ll get more appearances and recognition..! =) Yesung oppa hwaiting!~~ ❤ i love you 🙂
Yesung should go solo,.i mean he has the voice, the looks, very good personality. For short,.his PERFECT!!! But he doesn’t deserve to be left out. I agree, without him,.Super Junior is not Super Junior. He is the voice of Suju without him all of them will be nothing.

cuz out of all of super junior he has the most beautiful voice of them all, because i know wookie and Kyuhyun have great voices but they could never do yesung’s part.because wookie voice is really strong and kyuhyun voice is husky ans strong as well when he hits those high notes.
even though my fav is Kyuhyun i still think the best voice of super junior is yesung.
i love super junior to death but they would be nothing with out YESUNG…….his voice is unreplaceable..

3. Voice. The first SuJu performance I saw was Don’t Don, and my favorite part is when Yesung pops out, and… sings omfgoiezejewoaihzldj *melts* And he inserted an intense gaze there too 😀
4. Adorkable. He appeared on this show, and apparently he’s really shy of dancing outside a performance, and it was so cute.
